BOARD OF DIRECTORS

William ‘Jerry’ Silva was a Senior Advisor and manager of compliance for Southern California Edison, a Fortune 250 company, with 25+ years combined operational, external and public affairs, community relations, and project management experience. Jerry was intimately involved with the restructuring of the energy industry meeting with State Wide legislators to support legislation changing the industry. Jerry is an active member of the community and serves on a variety of boards including the Hispanic 100, and recently served 10 years as Governor Appointee to the Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor Commission. He also served as regional judge and Chair of the Los Angeles Regional Panel for the prestigious White House Fellows Program from 2000-2010.
